If you have any questions about Clean Eating or want resources post it here. We can hopefully answer your question or direct you to a resource that will be helpful. Basically, if you are cleaning up your eating you are eating mostly whole/natural foods. Anything that comes in a box is processed and you want to limit those kinds of foods. If you are eating processed foods make sure you can read the ingredients and the list is short. Consume lean meats, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
Making small changes is best. What food items can you eliminate? Change out foods (buy brown rice instead of white rice, eat 100% whole wheat instead of white bread, eat broth based soups instead of creamy soups, etc.) Stop buying foods you know are not healthy or are trigger foods for you. Pack your own lunch. Prep and prepare meals ahead of time. Stock your refrigerator full of fruits and veggies. If fresh is out due to cost buy frozen. You can do this. You can workout all you want but if you don't provide your body with the proper fuel and nutrition it isn't going to do you any good. You need to clean up your diet.
What are you waiting for? You know this can only help your efforts to a better YOU!
