First of all you did the right thing and will inspire others to post their photos. I see a difference in your torso (smaller and shape has changed). Your arm position is different in the poses but it looks like your arms/thighs are toning up. The obvious is the hair cut and one photo is clearer than the other

I agree with Aloha Lisa...I noticed the collar bone area too. I wasn't staring at your chest either but agree with that one too.

I see a difference around your collar bone. Your tummy area looks tighter. Shorts don't look tight now around waist. And (not that I'm staring), your top half looks a bit more lifted. Keep up the good work. You are doing great.

I definitely see a difference in your whole mid-section! But Lisa's comment made me wonder. The one about you being more "lifted". How come when I lose weight I drop more. No FAIR!!! You look great!
