I officially started CE yesterday. I did the Burn Circuit 1 along with 35 minutes jogging on the treadmill. Tonight I plan on attending a Zumba class at my gym. It feels great getting back into things!
Hey Jess, I'm glad you're sticking with P90X. When you start CE you'll be more than ready. The moves are different so you'll get alot out of it. Good for muscle confusion!
Yesterday I forgot to post here but I did Burn Intervals and Ab Burner. Next time I will separate the 2. I was tired by the time I was finished with BI and couldn't affectively do my ab workout. Kind of like P90X.
Finished BC2 2nd week! Legs and arms are shaking! I was able to go heavier on each exercise. I can already tell a difference. Off to do Turbo Kick at the gym.
Yeah, starting week 3 already!!!!! I've really cleaned up my eating the last couple weeks which has really helped. I feel much stronger and I can't wait to see what I'll be able to lift this week.
