P90X is intense and not a beginner's workout. You can always modify but you're anything like me you could get injured trying to do more than you should. Some lose weight and some gain weight on this system. It all depends on your fitness level and how you're eating. In weight gain I mean as in muscle weight gain. But remember, muscle burns fat so the more muscle you've built up the more calories you will burn per day. :barbell:
